Administrative Supervisor:
My advice is to learn to understand each individual on your team. Take into consideration that not everyone performs at the same level and show some empathy. Remember as a supervisor, your workers performance will be your praise or downfall, so always talk to your workers and ask for their input to make your job easier. People don't come to work to do things incorrectly, no matter what others may think.

Administrative Supervisor:
Work hard, keep your head down, ask questions, be willing to put in extra effort, be willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done.
