Pros: I love the flexible schedule and work from home options. Tuition and learning reimbursements are a place. 401k match is also nice.

They refuse to disclose the current payscale for a specific job title. They underpay, from my discussions with coworkers, in many levels (admin, supervisor or lead, MA, tech, RN). There is a large gap from even the hospital side vs the ambulatory side.
