Company itself is not that bad, but it depends on the department and the management. No recognition for anything, always having your every move watched. Micromanaging seems to be a big trend here. Benefits aren't too bad, just that if you need a massage or chiro or anything like that, you have to pay a high deductible. Some positions are underpaid for the work they are responsible for.

I am currently an admin clerk but my duties are not in line with my position.
