Pros: Really enjoy being a part of a growing company where I can see the impact of the contributions that I make on a daily basis. A smaller work environment means I'm able to develop better working relationships with both my peers & employer.
Cons: Benefits & pay are below industry standard for my position.

Cons: No structure and employee benefits. Bad management.

Pros: I enjoy interacting with our clients' families and the professionals in our organization are a boon to our work environment. I typically answer most of the calls we receive and the awareness that I can help answer (and/or) disperse messages effectively creates a smooth transition in our administrative process.
Cons: My recent move to a different city increased the length of my commute to 35 minutes.
