HE: A great place to work!

Pros: I'm good at it. I know my job and do it well. There are also new things to learn all the time and I enjoy the challenge.
Cons: The drive! I drive over an hour each way five (5) days a week. That gets old. It's a nice reprieve when I can work from home for a couple of days.

The employees are mostly terrific. The benefits are good, not great. The pay is sub-standard. Not even a living wage for support staff. The culture is conservative as you would expect from a Southern Baptist Church.
