It is a good place to work, salaries a quite low, especially for women.

Cost of Living Increasing - Pay is Not.
Administrative Assistant in Waco:
Pros: Small town atmosphere makes work a breeze - you recognize local businesspeople and working professionals. Rapport across industries allows for benefits, trades, and discounts on luxuries as you befriend others across fields. Lots of lateral movement for employees changing industries.
Cons: Cost of living rapidly increasing and the strain active and growing tourism has put on the community that already resides in the Waco area. Big out of town investments causing mass gentrification and it's getting harder and harder to live where you work.

Clearwater businesses booming in 2022.
Administrative Assistant in Clearwater:
Pros: Grew up in this area and love to be part of helping it grow.
Cons: Until the construction is complete, traffic is rough. When the project is done, it will bring the business back to these areas and increase productivity once again.

It's fine. I know the job pretty well, but I just got promoted and there are still things that I need to learn.
Administrative Assistant in San Diego:
Pros: My direct supervisor and my coworkers are great. The campus is beautiful and I know my job pretty well, so I'm fine.
Cons: My commute. The distance from my home to work is about 20 miles one way. Traffic can be bad and I would prefer to work 2 days from home, which for my division isn't an option.
April 2022
Good pay, not what I expected.
Administrative Assistant in Manchester:
Pros: Data analysis, challenging myself in Excel reporting sales rankings
Cons: It was not made clear to me in the interview that I would be expected to be the backup for a different role that greatly dislike. My push back on this was not well received and I found myself doing it as to avoid animosity. Very unfair.
April 2022
High expectations of you for minimal pay.
Administrative Assistant in Olympia:
Pros: The people I work with
Cons: The way the corporate office doesn't care about their employees or their customers anymore
