Administration Clerk Reviews
What is it like working as an Administration Clerk?
May 2016
Enjoyable to an extent.
Administration Clerk:
Pros: What I like most of my job is that my opinion now matters, I don't mind helping out wherever needed it keeps me on my toes, I enjoy the doing the work as it's become second nature to me. The perks of the job is that I can leave early if I wish to but that hardly ever happens. The work environment is a happy one most of the time.
Cons: I dislike being taken for granted at what I do, especially when helping out other sites. There is no performance bonuses that you can feel motivated to do better. The rate at which we are paid is pathetic to the work we do. Top management does not care about the staff, do not learn to know the staff or can say they can relate to the staff, everything now has become about the black ink.
