Slightly Stressful but Good Challenge.

Pros: I appreciate that my team comes to me for advice, I am a go to person. People in the company know me as a fighter, go getter, shark.
Cons: Pay. Not enough. Not able to work from home instead of coming in, I would be able to get more done. Sometimes frustrated when one on my employees mistakes it made and it makes me look bad.
