Pros: This is a low stress job that doesn't require you to work outside of the office. There are a lot of perks for an entry level job and the vacation time is great. The office has a great culture that adjusts when needed and makes everyone feel welcome.

Though finance is pretty straigh foward you must remember to continually educate yourself on new systems and approches. Also you must stay abreast of any and all regulation changes and policy updates.
