Pros: I like always having work to do and I like that it isn't always the same work every day. It also changes seasonally because of the weather and my company being lawn health care oriented.
Cons: I wish I made more money.

Cons: Dealing with a supervisor who yells sometimes; strong to not take anything personal when the supervisor attacks your work.
