Pros: My direct manager and the vision- I can see so much potential
Cons: That I am not seen as management and therefore have no say in the devision making processes- I do hold all the confidences of the hotel yet am viewed as an hourly assistant

I don't work here, but my company was not available for selection, for some reason.

Pros: My current job underpays me (they pay me minimum wage), and the work environment includes a boss who doesn't wash his hands, feeque tly uses office supplies inappropriately, treats me like I am less intelligent than him.
Cons: I like nothing about this job, except that they have made my 9-5 hours slightly more flexible (8-4, 10-6) so that I can have a second job. I work up to 70 hours a week between the two, and commute about 15 hrs a week.
