What is it like working as an Account Manager?

March 2021
Account Manager in Scottsdale:
Challenging work for resourceful people. Starting pay is NOT competitive but the flip-side is the CVSC will invest in people with little to no experience in this industry. The learning curve is vast and if played correctly you can monetize the experience-internal or with another organization.

Pros: Work is challenging, fulfilling if you like to bring on complex businesses, we are cutting edge with technology and we make an impact for our clients.

Just trying to figure things out.
Account Manager in Indianapolis:
Pros: The people I work with on my teams and across the business units. The unlimited PTO. Now, working from home.
Cons: The stress and longer hours. The type of work we do (data and research) I just don't fully enjoy. Not feeling fully rewarded for the work and time we all put in. Feeling like we over work for the amount we're paid, as well as the amount the project is worth.
