What is it like working as an Account Manager?

Motivated and Fun Team.
Account Manager:
Pros: The job is dynamic and there is some variance in daily tasks and responsibilities. Company culture is hardworking, but fun and approachable. Clients are primarily responsive and good natured. The company is filled with inspired and talented young professionals.
Cons: There is some lack of internal communication which leads to a lack of trust.

Pros: I love the product and the design. I love my upper management team and those on the same level.
Cons: Culture is immature and childish. Executives take advantage of people.

My customers and my company need engineers, there simply are too few. They are paid top dollar and will always be in short supply.

Cons: Low pay, the feeling of not getting much respect from leadership.
