Pros: Meaningful interactions with C-level executives, learning from the worlds leading HR functions, opportunity to grow and develop, great exposure and access to amazing senior network, fairly casual office environment with a work-hard play-hard ethic.
Cons: Very cyclical and feels like 'going through the motions' every quarter, hard edge driven on meeting performance targets regardless of market conditions, some politics as a result of acquiring new organisations, APAC can be the 'poor cousin' to the US HQ, very outcomes focused and not a lot of focus on helping to reduce employee stress and improve work-life balance.

Pros: Great, enthusiastic young professional work environment with great work perks and benefits.
Cons: Leadership is lacking or non-existent, very cliquey and little direction for managers or team leads.
