What is it like working as an Account Manager?

Account Manager:
Pros: Location, Owners, Co-workers, Insurance in itself.
Cons: Co-workers, structure, professionalism, technology, procedures.

Office Conditions.
Account Manager:
Pros: I love that I have a casual dress code and make my own schedule as long as it is 40 hours every week.
Cons: I hate that I have no support from my company at all and have never met my boss in person. Also hate that my boss' boss informed me that I should be making more but has done nothing about it. As well told me my degree was not as important as I would think.

Account Manager:
Pros: Lot's of responsibility; relationships with customers are great; tangible results can be seen through the course of an implementation - it's nice to share in your customer's success. In a massive organization like SAP, there is a lot of smart people and access to the global product owners/developers.
Cons: High stress; managing in a matrix organization is complex and difficult to control. It can be hard to find the right people. The pressure to execute multi-million deals in a calendar year is high.

High Stress and quick moving pace within the company.
Account Manager:
Pros: Colleagues, Family Feel and the leadership of the department head.
Cons: Very pushy on numbers. Product is not easy to sell.

Cons: Hard job, need to learn everything about mortgages and mortgage insurance.

Account Manager:
Pros: I enjoy working in a fast pace high volume atmosphere where there are daily task to be completed and communicating the work load in equal distribution the team is important.I have to set a professional tone as I meet daily with my peers of Managers and Administrators.
Cons: Dealing with the culture and corporate management gives me the flexibility to grow to the next level.
