It's a lot of work. Constant tasks.
Account Manager:
Pros: I love working with clients and getting to know what they want so that I can bring their idess and mine together to put forth the right product that suits them well.
Cons: Forgetting something and getting the hammer for it no matter what. I have a lot on my plate besides the managing accounts. I do design work as well and also give ideas to the small yard accounts. I can only do my designs on the weekend and that's my time. I am not receiving any commissions like I was told.

Pros: The patients and out comes to encourage home going statuses.
Cons: The company had ego problems and always tried to cut your pay. No ceus given and if slow never placed you in another facility to make up your time.

Be a yes man when it comes to new opportunities, and do not be afraid to negotiate once you have a good understanding of the business.
