Owned Media Bundle Solutions not adding value, Processing to Fulfillment and Billing Tedious and Not Streamlined and Outdated Systems.

Pros: When I advise a customer on a solution to meet his goals and needs within given budget and what I proposed actually provides increase in leads and generating more enquiries to this customer, whereby I know that I have created and advised on the correct stat off campaign and I can go back to customer to increase to various other solutions, as trust is built and customer listens to my advice and we then upsell additional budget(s) that justifies spending more as the solution(s) provided / recommended showis an increase on customer's advertising return on investment measurable with stats and conversions based on the correct solutions sold.
Cons: Product and Not Solution Selling, Internal Communication Non Existant, Too many changes on Products Prices and Solutions we sell (creates confusion and does not give confidence to sales staff to sell with passion, as products and solutions and pricing chances every couple of months on owned media solutions alone with almost no communication as to what the value proposition is on these solutions and pricing deceases year upon year and sales people are left to increase or if not, penalized. Also, our internal systems for processing contracts to fulfillment and activation as well as monthly billing is outdated systems and processes which lead sales people having to sort out all enquires by customers on billing or account issues and sometimes takes up to 5 months to finalize and get to conclusion of correct account statement etc.
