Managers were TERRIBLE FOOLS.

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: The ridiculous goals and targets were UNACHIEVABLE and management was insane to impose them. It only created a group of EXHAUSTED AND EXTREMELY STRESSED employees which brought the morale down to its lowest. Managers were TERRIBLE FOOLS to keep pushing it and harassing employees to work harder when everyone was working their hardest.

Unstable company with no job security.

Pros: Employees are offered good starting salary. We also get free snacks.
Cons: The company is really unstable because of lack of job security. The management is too focused on reaching certain goals and showing certain numbers despite these not reflecting the real condition of the company. The managers are willing to ignore the well-being of the employees just to chase abstract values that do not really reflect the company's performance. This mentality results in a high turnover rate and lack of growth for the employees.
