Account Coordinator Reviews

What is it like working as an Account Coordinator?

September 2020
It is a fulfilling role as I am the first employee who meets with our prospective clients. I enjoy meeting and getting to know our clients and to assist them with their home care needs.
Account Coordinator in Daphne:
Pros: Knowing that the services we offer make a noticeable difference in the everyday lives of our clients.
Cons: The feeling of being under-compensated for my work.

Growth mindset with ambitious goals.
Account Coordinator in Denver:
Pros: The work has consistent expectations with curveballs here and there, but when you walk into work, you typically have an understanding of what is expected from your management structure and your client(s) and you are given the tools and resources to make meaningful contributions.
Cons: It's an agency, so as with all agencies, part of the growth strategy is extracting the maximum value out of each employee. Nothing is inherently wrong with this, but it is important to know your limits and understand that doing more and more doesn't equate to career recognition, salary raises or promotions. You are responsible for your own career and are responsible to make your own path.
