Not enough support - feel I’m being micro manger by a person with no fast food experience- I am constantly being undermined by workers.

Pros: At this point I really don’t have any positive feeling about my job- I’m constantly being put to walk on egg shells even tho the store has shown a 12% increase in sales
Cons: I have no support from the operations manager- he constantly listen to gossip and doesn’t trust my decisions

It most definitely would be better if I could make more then eight dollars now that I have gotten attached to some of the homeless people who stop by.
