Pros: There is always something to do
Cons: At times there isn’t much help so I’m left doing everything.
You are part of the the store yet separate.

Pros: The feeling I have when patients pick new glasses, sometimes it's for the first time. And see the world around them clearly. The joy on their face is is an accomplishment!
Cons: Not having enough work to do at my location, because of having a doctor one day a week.

Cons: Unfair communication within management and between management and associates.

Pros: I love seeing and helping customers, my friends and relatives, I love using the cash register, I'm good at fixing problems, unless I need a key-turn from the CSM.
Cons: Management avoids talking to the associates, when I approach my manager, she is obviously uncomfortable with the situation.
Pay me to be employed.
