Pros: The freedom and the community.
Cons: The jams and heavy flows of packages you can get from time to time.
My role to ensure daily, weekly, monthly export/import reports are accurate for board meetings, reports for compact, nz courier post and IBM and morr.

Cons: Getting paid to do the same work as someone who can't work 1/4 as good as you so they get easy work and you get their work.

Cons: No way of knowing how you get paid, no one in management listens, supervisors constantly disrespecting you, etc.
