Pros: challenge of helping employees improve the lines and doing 5 S with the employees to improve work place . i love to look at a better and safe way to get the jobs done for all the lines .

Cons: communication between shift , favoritism with other supervisors at times and not making changes to treat us all the same and felling like i am not being payed for the hard work i do to improve the company .

Pros: The satisfaction I feel that I am making a difference in processes.
