State Farm Insurance Company Reviews

What is it like working at State Farm Insurance Company?

Okay, but room to grow.
UX Researcher in Atlanta:
Pros: My co-workers are amazing. The general company values are good as are the benefits. The ability to continue to develop new skills and continue learning is also a major plus.
Cons: Bureaucracy, siloing between departments, diffusion of responsibility on large projects.
It is great getting to know the customers.
Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Phoenix:
Pros: It feels somewhat like a little family.
Cons: I dont like that we are not given the option to work from home full time.
Never boring.
Insurance Claims Specialist in Bloomington:
Pros: I am expected and encouraged to work with integrity
Cons: Expectations are too high for the size of our workload and the number of hours in the work week.
Senior Compliance Analyst:
I gained valuable experience and was compensated well. I've worked for good managers and bad. The work environment became negative, stressful and toxic under the leadership of CEO Tipsord. I believe Mr. Tipsord's strategy in building hubs, restructuring to eliminate tenured employees, and competing on price rather than value have all been detrimental to the work environment, employee loyalty, employee satisfaction, and ultimately customer satisfaction. State Farm is no longer the employer of choice that it once was. That said, I am grateful for my experience there.
Working as a State Farm office assistant can be very rewarding.

Good Enough to Retire in a Few Years.
Technology Manager in Atlanta:
Pros: I am working on cutting edge Technology. Data Analytics on the Cloud.
Cons: My peers have difficulty with Change.
Remarkable.
Insurance Sales Agent in Yerington:
