What is it like working at Shoppers Drug Mart Inc.?

It's a high paced environment but enjoyable and a good exper.
Pharmacy Technician:
Pros: Learning about different medications and Heath.
Cons: The disgruntled patients that don't get their way when the pharmacy team is right and the politics.
Working with people.
Pharmacy Assistant:
Pros: People are nice , shift are great.
Cons: Standing all day, demanding patient.
Cosmetician:
Pros: The family atmosphere and feel of being valued. Being able to be social and friendly while doing my job.
Cons: Sometimes there's change in management and having to get to know and adapt to a new person is stressful. The turnover can be frequent on occasion.
Never boring
Pharmacy Assistant:
Pros: Like all aspects of my job processing prescriptions dispensing and dealing with people
Cons: Dealing with co-workers
Satisfied
Retail Store Assistant Manager:
Pros: I like the people that I look after-the customers and the mostly great staff members that I work with. The owner is also an open door person and is willing to listen to any concerns. Owner is generous to host a Christmas party every year for the staff. Staff interactions with quizzes, etc. to keep morale up and pot lucks though out the year.
Cons: Drama amongst staff members that is not always dealt with in a timely fashion or not at all. Some customers are extremely rude.

Pros: Customers.
Cons: Lack of pay raises.
Pharmacy Assistant:
Pros: I enjoy helping people and fulfilling a tremendous need.
Cons: I least like the stress level of dealing with demanding customers.
