Lowe's Home Improvement Inc. Reviews

What is it like working at Lowe's Home Improvement Inc.?

Make sure you're in a team and not relied on.
Retail Sales Associate in North Bergen:
Pros: Flexible hours, paid sick time, handful of coworkers.
Cons: Scheduling and Management to Management time forgiveness. If you're late or early a handful of times, you get grilled by management and can get written up. Managers can be late or early and just fix their own scheduling "errors" to bypass being late or early, to avoid any form of consequences.
Things have been complicated.
Merchandiser in Kuna:
Pros: I like the satisfaction I get when everything comes together correctly
Cons: The clicks
Hectic.
Customer Service Associate in Beaufort:
Pros: Most Associates, Interactions with Customers
Cons: Agressive co workers, no breaks, nobody to cover breaks, no help when needed
It's like being on a roller coaster of tasks to be done all the time.
Customer Service Associate in Roanoke:
Pros: I am bored and I get to work outside and inside.
Cons: I work much harder than my pay grade.
Company has no loyalty.
Sales Associate in Arnold:
Pros: Able to get days off I need nobody bothers me
Cons: They do no pay the going rate. New people make more than people that have been there
Sales Associate:
It's ok. I am a Sales Specialist and I defiantly feel like I am overworked. Employee turnover seems to be very high which leads to me having to cover other departments or other duties in the store instead of focusing on making my sales. Since my pay bonus is attached to my sales per hour, this irritates me the most.
Glorified PowerPoint maker.
Sr. Instructional Designer (Training & Development) in Charlotte:
Pros: Stability
Cons: It's retail. Retail attracts a certain kind of person and feel like I don't belong sometimes
