Senior Audit Associate in Charlotte:

Looks great on resume
Nice coworkers
Cons: Corporate climate

High stress
Bad work/life balance

Graphic Designer in Toronto:
Pros: easy-going, friendly
Cons: complacency, not enough interesting "cool" projects and challenges
Senior Audit Associate in Houston:
The faux concern leadership presents for client facing professionals in the face of poor compensation discourages good performance and is discouraging. Salary is claimed to be "market value." However, comparing salary to other Big 4 audit professional salaries is not representative of true market value/salary worth. Without revising business/compensation model, turnover will still be sky high. But that's how these companies work. Don't expect it to change anytime soon when they can farm and underpay talent straight out of university in perpetuity.
Good, not great.
Graphic Designer in Toronto:
Pros: people are nice
Cons: working with the offshore productions team, creative department feels under-appreciated
Senior Analyst, Compensation in Montvale:
Great place to work, a lot of opportunity to learn and grow your career. They pay decently but I think a little lower than market for the relative work performed. Pressure to eat hours on engagements affecting utilization targets.
