Pros: People who work there are pretty like minded about art, and it's super nice to see what customers are doing in terms of creative projects that in turn get us inspired. It helps that we learn so much about different mediums and supplies

Cons: Not much to say, however pay could be a bit more especially if it's your only employment. Pay could also be a bit higher for some other positions I have talked about with other colleagues like supervisor positions. It's always good to ask for more, but overall satisfying if you don't need a high paying job for living
