Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Imperial:
Pros: Getting to know customers; enjoy working with most of my co-workers; flexible scheduling; variety of tasks helps alleviate boredom with the job; decent benefits (insurance, savings, vacation)
Cons: Company doesn't allow enough labor hours to allow employees time to accomplish tasks and they keep adding to our workload (for example: putting in kitchens); long term csr's can't get a raise if they are promoted because they are already making too much, so your choice is to either take on more responsibility for no more money or stay in your position and never grow; working on major holidays; no sick pay or personal days; can't keep the stores staffed; hourly pay is not good for the expectations the company has plus when they do raise the starting pay you end up with new employees making as much or almost as much as long term employees which is not fair; can be very stressful at times.
