Average Salary for Chaleur Regional Hospital Employees in Canada

Pros: I like that it is physically intensive, involving constant squatting and speed walking. I like that I basically do cardio for a living.

Cons: There is a high risk of ergonomic injury; I must force myself to use my non-dominant hand as much as possible to avoid overworking my dominant one. I dislike that there is no possibility to increase my salary through seniority or performance. I dislike the way routines are divided; some employees are overworked while others have a much lighter work load.
