Food Service Supervisor in Cleveland:
Pros: You get to mentor other people and encourage and promote core values
Cons: Tat there are other people less qualified, with less experience making more money
Accounting Supervisor in Nashville:
Pros: Exciting and fast paced
Cons: Not being compensated fairly
Catering Assistant:
The clients were great and management was alright. I could have used more direction instead of learning by preventable mistakes. As an hourly, Compensation was low but others were offered more. The culture was geared toward client satisfaction. Better management would have been useful when it came to schedules. The manager played favorites when it came to hours.
