Walmart.com Reviews

What is it like working at Walmart.com?

Appreciated.
Cake Decorator in Phenix City:
Pros: Recognition And appreciation and making customers occassions special.
Cons: I cant work more then 34 hours as full time. I cant switch departments, I've tried many times over a 5 month period.
Not too shabby, could use a pay raise though. Don't believe the hype.
Overnight Stocker in Fayetteville:
Pros: I have space to do my job and have fun doing it, with people who appreciate me, and my work.
Cons: I need more money to live
Every day it is a challenge cuz every day the flow in the store is different so we may be busy at times som that our products are always stocked and ready to go for our customers our customers are always number one.
Production Supervisor in San Antonio:
Pros: What I like most of all is first of all working with my very hard-working associates second of all I always like making sure that we have all our products on the floor on time when our store opens at 6 a.m. so we have to make sure that all the products are baked in our bakery and make sure that our production starts as well in our deli department. I always like to see the customer smile when they get a fresh product.
Cons: What I like least about my job not being able to provide a certain item for a customer and that is probably due to us not carrying that product no longer. Then I have a sad customer.
Overworked, Underpaid.
Sales Associate in Waynesboro:
Pros: Competitive pay, group atmosphere, casual dress, discount on almost everything
Cons: Ideas are not heard, never enough workers, managers are disconnected, underpaid for the amount performed, managers play favorites.
Generally a good place.
Software Architect in Sunnyvale:
Pros: Initiatives are well received and supported
Cons: Lots of dependencies, lots of moving parts
Good.
Software Developer in Bangalore:
Pros: Benefits
Cons: Work life balance
It was wonderful and smooth, all employees in department got along with each other until we got our new department manager. Now we have a little bit of problens with a few things.
Produce Associate in Purcell:
Pros: I enjoy working with most of my co workers and some management team members. I start work and our day goes by fast.
Cons: The fact that when management doesn't know what's going on during the day in our department or in an situation and assume things before getting facts.
