Cons: The pay and communication could be far better.
To serve the customer is my passionate, being a receptionist I am assisting the guest for check in & check out assisting the luggage & providing all necessary information about the hotel, handling the complains,

Pros: One thing I like Ramada most is that they give me the opportunity to grow. I was hired as a housekeeping attendant and then they give me a chance to undergo training in telephone operator which I got promoted and then, later on, I was moved to reception.
Cons: Interaction direct with customer, guest & resolve their problems & make them feel like home
