Pros: You get to do a lot of different things.
Cons: Not the best at managing team sizes and structures this leads to stress.

Pros: I like to develop applications which has always been my passion. That is why I am in this industry.
Cons: I am not paid enough. I do a lot of hard work but dont get any benefit out of it. My work is not recognized.
