ICF International Reviews

What is it like working at ICF International?

PM training.
Project Manager, Training & Development in Edgewood:
Pros: making a difference
Cons: low pay
I love my job.
Software Team Leader in Fairfax:
Pros: I like my team. They are talented, collaborative, and we have trust in each other.
Cons: Many software teams are overworked due to unreasonable allocation expectations. Overhead process and technology R&D are undervalued causing unnecessary strain on our infrastructural and human resources.
Research Scientist:
Pros and cons. Do not invest nearly as much into training and developing their employees as they advertise... Be prepared to be your own biggest advocate for what you want or need. Unless you are at a major headquarters site, you will not be top of mind. That is not exclusive to working here, but important to know.
Research Associate (Unspecified Type):
ICF at large lacks substantial transparency in how and why raises and promotions occur. Many employees reported feeling dissatisfied with their salary and benefits in an employee survey, but the management responded that they feel satisfied about how the employee responses.
