Fujitsu Reviews

What is it like working at Fujitsu?

Sr. Commissions Analyst:
Lots of autonomy if you do your job well and have the necessary skills. Working from home is possible. However it can limit career options and home office expense is essentially unpaid (depends on management preference). Unclear career paths, low diversity, male dominated leaders and high CEO turnover (usually outside candidates) have fostered subpar business growth. "Merit" raises(which are not based on merit) are witheld 50% of the time due to missed financial targets, mainly because the targets are not dictated from hq and are not realistic. Archaic ERP systems are impossible to upgrade/migrate. (A cobblers kids go barefoot situation.) They have announced strides to improve inclusiveness, employee development, employee engagement, and diversity in the past year, but we have seen little action. In fact spending freezes halt progress toward employee development goals.
