Pros: Flexibility, work-life balance, office condition.
Cons: Lack of focus on result, unsatisfactory salary.

Pros: Brand name, environment, good tax policies, friendly managers.
Cons: Compensation is not up to the industry standard, less hikes, not good to work in client location.
Not Too Good For A Chartered Accountant.

Pros: No micro-level monitoring.
Cons: They don't know how to utilize skills of Chartered Accountant.
Good Culture With Poor Technology Ladder.
Information Technology (IT) Consultant:
Pros: Good culture with poor technology ladder.
Cons: Low quality of the facility and highly commercial view towards canteen and transport. Very poor on that front using almost school buses for transport. Canteen is not proper. Employees are dependent on stalls outside the company.
