Pros: I enjoy working on the marketing for interesting projects, utlizing my design skills, meeting clients and learning the deal process.
Cons: I do not enjoy how corporate engages with me, I don't feel my voice is heard, I feel like the people I currently work with/under want me to stay where I am. Feeling taken advantage of - high producing employee and underpaid.
