-Internal politic is too strong. -Internally made decision without telling to client. -Internally peomote people doing toher role without any black and white and without SOP to HR. -There is no standard organization chart what they do, so keep changing the role also by verbally and no black and white.
Project Manager, (Unspecified Type / General):
Tech Mahindra best suits for people who tend to live a lazy life. The management engages you in wasteful activities while on the projects. No proper infrastructure (laptops, network, chairs, meeting rooms, etc) are provided nor meaning hikes over and over years. Not for ambitious people, just a place for those who have double income and just need to stick to additional salary. They spam you tons of emails each day about every organisation initiative. Don't expect to add a skill or two here.

Pros: Option to work from multiple locations.
Cons: Salary not as per IT industry standards for Engineering Professionals. No value for Engineering Professionals compare to Degree holders [ B.SC / BCA ]

Software Engineer:
Pros: Training team is excellent.
Cons: Lot of pressure on employees. Expected to work over time all the time. No proper recoginition and hike.
A good start.
Test Engineer:
Pros: Change of life from college to corporate. Getting to learn new things.
Cons: Culture.
