Cons: The pressure for us to sell Redcards is just insane.

Marketing Manager:
Pros: I am given a great deal of responsibility and own a large project scope. I have the ability to research trainings, conferences and networking opportunities to further my growth and development. My Manager is completely supportive of my growth and helps me achieve my goals.
Cons: Passive/aggressive corporate culture. Leaders talk the talk but do not always walk the walk. High stress environment with minimal recognition/reward for accomplishing difficult tasks above skill level.

Sales Associate:
Pros: Not much but I can work with my hours to fit my son's schedule.
Cons: Pay is crapt they assign you to one thing but have you maintain almost the whole store they expect more than what they pay you for and they do not utilize the extra hours you can be there just because they don't want to pay for them.
Sales Team Leader, Retail:
Pros: Quality of life.
Growth.
Team.
Cons: Low volume store.
Barista.
Barista:
Pros: Good pay, friendly work environment.
Cons: Bad communication with HR, not flexible with scheduling, unorganized.
I enjoy working with my team members but want more.
Retail Sales Associate:
Pros: The people I work with are great.
Cons: Customers, chain of command, feeling of higher staff being a close group not wanting to promote within.
