Crew Leader:
Pros: Nothing any more.
Cons: Working to much and less pay.
Amazing.

Pros: I love working for Subway. If you stay long enough to get really comfortable with your work environment than you get to work faster do more and develop techniques that work best for you. I have been working for the same subway location for 12 years and I am planning on staying another 12 if not more.
Cons: Salary is not the best.

Retail Store Manager:
Pros: Great people to work for and lots of fun! The pay is decent for easy work !
Cons: Streassful environmemt. No benefits or paid vacation and not a lot of room for growth.

Cashier:
Pros: My co-workers are nice good people. The work load isn't much.
Cons: Having to make custom sandwishes for people. Many people don't speak english and they can be rude.
It is great but too many outs lately.
Restaurant Manager:
Pros: Working with people.
Cons: Too many hours.
Busy days, and longer nights!
General / Operations Manager:
Pros: I love the customers! Those customers pay my paycheck and I always go out of my way to give that extra smile, or say hello, ask about there day! Being friendly is a must!
Cons: The hours! Some days you are there all day long, and as much as I love customers there are those that no after what you do you can't please them. So the best and the worst has to be that! Dealing with mean, mad, and angry people is hard.
Good.
Fast Food Worker:
Pros: It's easy. I know I can keep this job.
Cons: No complaints. It's fine I can get a better job anytime.
