Siemens Ltd Reviews

What is it like working at Siemens Ltd?

Excellent.
Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Professional in Thane:
Pros: Knowledge, learning
Cons: Payment
Give awareness and supervise personnel on job site.
Safety Officer in Dammam:
Pros: I have limited job responsibilities due to which I can work freely & independently on job site.
Cons: I feel Professionally freedom
Supply Chain Planner in Montréal:
Chaotic and not well structured.. Really need to have some Germans from Siemens over here to put things in order. Too many middle bosses all worried only about their stats so as to get their bonus regardless that the company is losing money. Apparent team work but mostly not ...after new financial year when the company has to prepare for going to sell half of it...things have to change and be more logical, open minded and streamlined. People are friendly and location and working premises are great.
Excellent.
Senior Procurement Manager in Bangalore:
Pros: The freedom and transparency
Cons: Bureacatic
Proud.
Education Consultant in malkajgiri:
Pros: Interesting
Cons: Politics
Great.
Vice President (VP), Operations in Bangkok:
Pros: Flexibility
Cons: Report
Mechanical Drafter:
The company doesn't value contractors and the pay is at the very bottom of the scale. There is no hope of being brought on full time. If you are a contractor there is no compensation for holidays and no PTO.
