Rather Not Say Reviews

What is it like working at Rather Not Say?

I get no job satisfaction. They only think of themselves and not of their employee's.
General Sales Manager in GAUTENG:
Pros: The freedom I have to run the company my way without management looking over my shoulder all the time.
Cons: The owners lack of interest they have in you as a person. No opportunities to grow.
Interesting and dynamic.
Employee Relations Specialist in Pretoria:
Pros: No micro management, free to do work in your own way
Cons: Management is not open, honest and transparent
My employer focuses too much on him getting paid by any means necessary. Does not give raises and does not pay overtime.
Office Manager in Southaven:
Pros: The patients
Cons: The fact that the doctor doesn't express or reward for work over and beyond
Boutique Consulting is good for learning not necessarily good for earning.
Management Consultant in Perth:
Pros: Design and Management combined
Cons: Earning Potential is limited
Definition Of A Rewarding Career.
Office Manager in Henderson:
Pros: The challenge of problem solving on a daily and often hourly basis
Cons: 70+ hours per week
Being abused by customers for a problem you did not create can be a problem.
Automobile Mechanic in Port Macquarie:
Pros: Repairing something you know someone else couldn't have fixed
Cons: The organisation
I love my job,
Billing Specialist in Bradenton:
Pros: I really enjoy having lots work in front of me and being left alone to work.
Cons: The pay has been bad, now the treatment of the employees changed, the owner decided to take away whole company's 10 minute breaks with no explanation. I am aware they are not required by the labor laws, however I believe they are necessary for productivity, particularly working on computers all day. I don't want to work for someone that would consider treating their employees like that.
