A lot of hours worked with very little recognition or compensation.
Kitchen Manager in Winchester:
Pros: I really do like the work I do. The people are great as well. I am proud of the food we serve, how we make it from scratch and I personally think we have delicious food.
Cons: How upper management is always breathing down your neck. They are constantly going on about BOH labor, sales, and other tools that just do not work. No matter how many times we come out and say that these toold do not work they will not accept it.
It’s a phat bet.
