Oracle Reviews

What is it like working at Oracle?

It's a exposure since you work both fronted and backemd technology.
Application Developer in Mumbai:
Pros: Working on a such a big project
Cons: Not updated technology
Software Engineering Manager in Reston:
I can't speak for working at Oracle as a whole, but working at Oracle Data Cloud is great. The best part of working here is that engineering leadership is generally happy to have you take the initiative on whatever you want to improve, resulting in a great deal of freedom and flexibility in your role. The worst part of working here is that it is extremely difficult to sufficiently reward all of your employees in terms of compensation. It's easy to hire high, but it's very, very hard to sufficiently reward everyone on your team that you think deserves it, because you simply aren't given enough to work with. Still, the great culture, great perks, frequent travel opportunities, freedom and flexibility, and wonderful people make this a great place to work.
Every day is a different challenge.
Technical Account Manager in Lafayette:
Pros: Work on different things, provide a key role in partner success
Cons: No opportunities for career change or advancement
This may be the place for some but not for all.
Senior Technical Support Engineer in Jacksonville:
Pros: I love the flexibility, the work atmosphere, the people, and diversity.
Cons: Pay is the least thing that I like at the company. Be sure to negotiate your pay to where you want it because raises are not frequent at all. You may get a raise every 3 - 5 years even if you do great on your performance review.
