Low Stress, Lots of fun.
Guest Services Representative in Vallejo:

An ever-changing learning experience.
Front Desk Agent in Columbia:

Cons: The lack of daily task structure
The pay is equal to the work required.
Night Auditor in Charleston:
Pros: I think I am aptly paid to have very little responsibility.
Cons: That I should be using my abilities in a more fruitful, useful & fulfilling job.
Loss Prevention Officer:
Although I am temporarily on furlough due to the pandemic, the leadership from the General Manager all the way to the Supervisors, Marriott International values both their guests and associates and recognizes their associates for doing just the smallest thing for guests.
Busy, variety of work, exciting at times.
Sales Coordinator in Orlando:
Pros: The fast paced environment
Cons: Right now, being in the hospitality industry
They do not train you, remediate you or support you.
Reservations Manager in San Antonio:
Pros: Fellow employees.
Cons: They put you I. A new position, dont train you or provide guidance, and retaliate for filing a complaint against a supervisor be eliminating your job after 8 years.
Senior Event Manager in Houston:
I worked for Marriott for over a decade and thought that the company had great core values. It wasn't until I was at my sixth hotel that I learned that not all of their leaders share those values. Easy to be fooled that this is a good company to work for.
