Big Brand Name To Work.
Software Engineer:
Pros: Proper work environment and stable company.
Cons: Compensation is not very competitive and making impulsive moves in recent past which is not so good for employee's working for more than 3 years.
Average Experience.
Sr. Software Engineer / Developer / Programmer:
Pros: Unlimited paid sick leaves.
Work from Home option.
Vacations up to max. 22 days (approval required)
Cons: No Freebies - No Tea/Coffee (Just water)
Poor maintenance of Toilets (No tissues or faulty taps)
Bad cafeteria food (in spite of high costs)
Long processes for everything to avoid anyone doing that.
(for example, for a promotion, you need to submit essays on what we did on several topics provided, and get approval from the managers and a reviewer. Note that, this is just to make you qualified for a promotion. To get it, the manager must nominate you after this.)

Pros: Flexibility, ease of schedule, wfh.
Cons: Poor pay, lack of recognition, work quality.
Work flexibility.
Application Developer:
Pros: Application support.
Cons: No opportunities, no recognition, no monetary growth.
Good but get very low salary as compared.
Senior Systems Engineer:
Pros: Flexibility, innovation, infrastructure..
Cons: Salary increment and hike yearly.
Cool job but bad pay ...
SAP ABAP Programmer:
Pros: Less stress , cool work conditions , workfrom home , flexibility.
Cons: No pay hikes.

Cons: Hike and the complicated process invloved for getting a promotion.
