Federal Express Corporation (FedEx) Reviews

What is it like working at Federal Express Corporation (FedEx)?

Great starter job to build yourself up.
Route Driver in Grand Rapids:
Pros: Great work culture, fairly easy job if you are good at time management, having to unload after pick ups all day isn't that great. Lots of great coworkers.
Cons: Heavy packages, vehicle condition, limited opportunity for advancement, very slow wage growth.
Delivery Driver in Cleveland:
No set hours, no limit to the number of packages or stops they put on your truck for the day, work until you get it done, 10 to 11 hours, daily pay remains the same regardless of your number of stops, packages, or hours. Fed ex loaders don’t load your truck, they scan the packages and throw them into your truck - you have to organize the packages. I have never worked for bigger liars then I do now in my manager and truck owner - they give you nothing in writing - promise everything, give nothing. (Promised medical, matching retirement, paid days off, done by 3:00-3:30)
Great work environment with a lot of opportunity.
Product Manager, eCommerce in Memphis:

I exciting. Always different. Good challenge.

Stimulating, worthwhile & enjoyable.
