Senior Technical Analyst in Philadelphia:
Upper management not in touch with the people who do the work. Raises are less then 2% but Upper management gives themselves large bonuses and pay increases. Avg salary increase < 2% for past five years. They are building a new corporate faculty in Jax Fl so salaries are most likely remains stagnant. Most hiring in in India. Can’t wait for a separation package which they have been doing more frequently.
