Cons: The pay hasn't changed since I became a supervisor.

Pros: All the promotions we get to do, closing the store

Cons: Not getting breaks, running myself into the ground, working on frontend can't just walk off like everyone else in the store, get abused by customers, get in trouble if we call and get introuble if we don't, we get everyone elses jobs as well as our own, if we stay back we don't get paid, on breaks we get introuble, or have to go help out again so we don't really get to finish our breaks and so much more
